Having a tight schedule seems to be the main problem for most people, meaning that, in general, our priority list tends to find our self care in the bottom ranking, especially for women.
However, we all know that exercising is key for our health because of all the reasons we are well informed about, but mainly because that is our nature, MOVING. If we were supposed to stay still, we would be trees, rocks, plants.
So, moving is key to our health, but we live in a society where many of us spend at list 8 hours sitting in front of a monitor. That’s not exactly moving, is it?
For the past 25 years, my job has been right this, sitting in front of a computer. Still, aside from short periods of time, I have always pushed myself to find time to exercise, because I have been doing it ever since I was a kid and it is part of my routine, like eating or sleeping.
Still, I know a lot of you are not addicted to exercise like I am and I understand that at the end of the day you keep postponing it and cannot find the right motivation among the tons of things you deal with.
This video shows a series of basic exercises that you can do at home. It will take about 30 minutes and if you aim to do it 3 times per week, you will see great results pretty soon.
Check it out on my Youtube Channel and let me know how it works for you.
Feel free to reach out to me if you need some help to put together your own series of exercises. I’d love to help because I know it is just a matter of taking the first step.
Shall we start?? 😉
